To get her skin:

- Stay in 'Game Menu' and type 3011 and press enter (ON YOUR NUMPAD)

- Go into a game and play as 'KATE' then wait till you finish playing the game

- Once you're done, leave the game and rejoin to see if you got the skin or not

- Then yeah you should be done .. (IF YOU STILL DIDN'T get her restart your game) / it happened to me aswell
