This guide will show you how to get all the secrets on every level.
Some of them are very tricky and requires lots of jumping and bunny hopping.

As soon as you passed the checkpoint run to the barrel and push it away so the roof wouldn't crush it. Once you finished with the enemies take the barrel to the next checkpoint and place it behind a construction.

Atrium Complex (C1L2)
Secret #1
Right before the first checkpoint take right to the secret room.
Use a Painkiller weapon to break the big chest.


Secret #2


Secret #3
After opening the exit portal go back to room where the burning barrel were rolled at you.


Secret #4
Same as #3 but in the first open area.
Catacombs (C1L3)
Secret #1
Follow the jumping route on the screenshot.


Secret #2
One of the pillars have a rope on the side.
Climb up and bunny hop off the roots to the holy item.


Secret #3
Get the dynamite box and push it to the screenshot 2 location.


Secret #4
Cathedral (C1L4)

Bunny hop all the way.



Secret #3
This area opens after completing a level (getting an exit portal).
To go back look for the stairs on the wall.
Enclave (C1L5)
No secrets here.
Just kill the boss and collect all ammo.
Prison (C2L1)

This one requires a little bit of your patience.

Bunny hop off the ledge.



Secret #3
Here you can bunny hop off the pillar or use any breakables.

Another practice in bunny hopping. Make sure to clear the area.
Asylum (C2L3)
Secret #1
Climb up and bunny hop around the window.



Secret #2
This one is next to the first checkpoint.


Secret #3
This room will open only after completing the level.

Snowy Bridge (C2L4)
Secret #1
Next to the first checkpoint at the end of a pipe.


Secret #2
On the other side of a same pipe. It will open after completing the level.



Secret #3
Climb up the first ladder and then bunny hop around.


Secret #4
Stick to a wall under the stairs.



Secret #5
After a warehouse climb down the ladder.

This is a tricky one. You can use Painkiller alt. attack on a cart to get up or place it the way it shown on the 3rd screenshot.




Secret #2
Stand on the cart and use Painkiller alt. attack to reach the second floor.

Another shenanigans with a cart.

No secrets here.
Just kill the boss and collect all ammo.

In this one you'll have to do th PK-jump. Stand on the broken lamp and shoot it with alt. attack.

This one is absolute nightmare for normal players. It requires lots of bunny hopping and patience.
If you fail - you most likely skip a part of a map or die/survive with very low hp.

This secret is on first crane from the water. Get on a second crane and follow the route.

I played this years ago, and just recently started playing it again, I could not remember anything from Chapter 2, until the Asylum, which seemed vaguely familiar, then when I got to secret 3 on the Snowy Bridge level, I suddenly remembered dying repeatedly trying to get this stupid secret that didn't even give me anything. It was like my brain had blocked out the memory of it completely. Damn, that secret is a pain. Thanks for the guide though, it's been really helpful.

In C1L4, It´s supposed to be Ladder not Stairs.

Порылся в интернете, везде пишут, что секрета четыре. Из записи 2018 года у чела 4 секрета из 4. Странно, что у меня 5. Было недавно обновление с добавлением секрета или необычный баг?
