So yeah, it's how to get those 3 fun achievements

Press the Space bar, not really that hard.

The fun part

--FIRST:Open the game

--SECOND:
Choose chapter 5
(I chose chapter 5 because Hulk Hogan appears on the beggining, but anyplace where you can spam "no"s should work just fine)

--THIRD:
Get to the part where he teaches you the "WaCkY NO", but don't do a wacky no, so that you may stay in the tutorial for a while

--FOURTH:
Open a virtual keyboard and either use a macro or an auto clicker on the space bar
(remember to not use the Wacky no!)

--FINALLY:
Leave it open for a while, cuz it's gonna take some time...

just use steam achievement manager

Its better to do it on chapter 4, as you can just spam no and never go to lunch forever.

A faster method is to implement cheat engine's speedhack. Set it to 200x speed and then launch your macro. I used "turbo" button on my controller, but anything that can spam-click will do! It only took approx. 2h to complete!

For any Linux users out there:
1. Follow the first three steps as described above
2. Open a terminal and type: "while true; do xdotool search --name SayNoMore key space; done"
3. Focus the game window and wait seven hours
4. Go back to the terminal and stop the loop with ctrl-c

Here's how I did it.

Downloaded the "Auto Key Presser", link: https://www.filehorse.com/download-auto-key-presser/

Screen will pop up, use the left "single key" section, set to SpaceBar and 0.2 seconds interval. Press start and tab to game, find a section where you can spam it (I used it at the beggining of chapter 4).

Now sadly you can't do other stuff on the pc, but you can leave it over night while you sleep or you are outside of home to do its thing.

Any advice for someone who has never run a macro before what to do? Would like to run it and do other things while having the game muted as it does its thing. I looked around and found Pulover's Macro Creator, and it wants me to like write up a code to macro and that was just a lot to throw at me oof.
I just wanna get full completion and those are the last two achievements left ;w;

Dude, this achievement is ridiculous. It took 7+ hours of just letting a macro run to get it. Anyway, good guide.
