Back up your own save files first!

1) They can be found at:
C:\Users\user_name\Documents\Horizon Zero Dawn

2) Download my files from:

3) Disable Steam Cloud sync!

4) Choose whatever achievement (folder) you need => read below what's where.
Replace the folders and start the game
4.1) Correction as mention in comments

ensure there is no "steam_autocloud.vdf" file in the Saved Game folder and the game will start up normally,

23 Grazer Dummies

Get folder Last dummy

Load up last manual save.
This is where you will appear:

You can actually see that last dummy standing in the left corner. Knock him down!

Downed 23 Grazer dummies
Found and knocked over all of the Grazer training dummies in the Nora region.

Last Activities (Base Game)

Read Carefully now!
This folder contains multiple to be unlocked trophies.
(load up last manual save.)

Check map:

Only four collectibles remain.

Pick them up for:

All Ancient Vessels found
Found all the Ancient Vessels.

All Metal Flowers found
Found all of the Metal Flowers.

All Banuk Figures found
Found all of Arnak's figures.

All Vantages found
Found and accessed all of the Vantage datapoints.

Activities.

One of each activity left not-cleared. Get them done, and you will unlock these achievements:
(you're overpowered and have purple weapons, it's a piece of cheesecake)

Cleared all the Bandit Camps
Took back all settlements from the bandit clans.

All Corrupted Zones cleared
Killed all the corrupted machines in every Corrupted Zone.

All Cores Overridden
Reached the Core of every Cauldron and accessed the information within.

All Tallnecks Overridden
Scaled all of the Tallnecks and accessed their information.

Blazing Suns at all Grounds
Earned a Blazing Sun mark in all trials at all of the Hunting Grounds.

Who's That Pokémon? Last Machine to Scan

Yes. Only last machine remains to be scanned. Follow story mission and V that Deathbringer to unlock:

All machines catalogued
Encountered and Focus scanned every type of machine.

This folder also contains multiple yet to be earned achievements, which are:

Fully Improved Weapons
Acquired the improved versions of three weapons from Varga.

First Bluegleam Trade
Traded Bluegleam for a special weapon or outfit.

All Activities completed
Completed the Tallneck, Bandit Camp and Hunting Ground in the Cut.

All Control Towers disabled
Disabled all Control Towers by overriding or destroying them.

All Skills learned
Learned all available skills.

All Quests completed
Completed all side quests and errands in the Frozen Wilds.

Drained the Flood
Completely drained the floodwater from inside the Greycatch.

Got the Shield-Weaver outfit
Recovered an ancient technology and put it to use.

All allies joined
Given Aloy's actions, all possible optional allies joined the defense.

Do the above in whatever order you fancy.

Few notes here:
1) 3 weapons upgrades already obtained. Return them to Varga:

2) You have plenty of bluegleam for a trade.

3) I left you Control Trial, as it's the fastest to beat (under 50s), for all Frozen Wilds activities.

4) Collectibles (only 2) are nearby fast travel points.

5) Side quests:

5.1) Powercells already in inventory. 90* is one turn clockwise.

5.2) Queen's Gambit is untouched.
With your DLC weapons beating it won't be a challenge.
Complete the mission, start next one, speak with optional people and once you start watching a cutscene, the "All Allies Joined" will pop up.

5.3) Waterlogged. Very straightforward objective with one enemy to destroy.
Finish the mission for all Frozen Wilds quests, and DO the pipe puzzle to get extra achievement. Check solution below. Start in reverse. ;)

6) Last skill. Click-click.

NG+ Ultra Hard

Ultra Hard Completed
Completed a New Game+ playthrough on Ultra Hard difficulty.

Set Deathbringer on fire, spam explosive balls to venting tubes, repeat til he's destroyed.

It seems like "All Forzen Wild Skills." It doesn't work for me; I try to reload the game save many times, but it still doesn't unlock for me.

IS the first depository in NG+?! Because every time I enter the trial machines kills me in few secs. In my game its not so difficult.

hey bro (or sis, idk, think about a politeful and warming way to call that suits best) just wanted, first and foremost, to thank you. It worked perfectly fine, I got the 3 final achievements (beating New game+, ultrahard and clearing all achievements) and did using your savefile, I was wondering if it would at first but it did. Also for me the directory for my own savefile was in Onedrive, idk why (I have uninstalled onedrive long since but the game still created there). I did all other 76 achievements on my own but after gettting that far I searched for it and heard about the difficulty, the high shards cost, the grind and I didn't feel like spending so much more time (a week at least) going through that all over, with the save file all that got cut to 5 minutes beating the Deathbringer and playing the ending cutscenes. Can't wait for when Forbidden West comes to PC. Once more thanks for the brief yet very intuitive guide, best wishes.

Going back to @stevenhorbury622's difficulties, I was having the same problems (replaced folders, turned off Steam Cloud sync, started the game and it started from the beginning, no save files found).

However, I discovered a simple solution - ensure there is no "steam_autocloud.vdf" file in the Saved Game folder and the game will start up normally.

@Lord of War, it would probably would be good to either re-upload the ZIP with the VDF files removed, or mention this in the first step.

When I went through the game, I collected all the items myself, but these achievements were not credited to me.
