What I meant was that it would be pretty sick if the person who posted this fake image could score a 100% on 'mad games tycoon 2' in game instead of photoshopping it like a chump

Both 99% and 100% are random so that you don't just make 100% games. The picture here is also not original, i.e. edited. If you want a 100% game, you just have to keep making 98% games and at some point, depending on the level of difficulty, you'll have a game with 100%.

I always get 98% in all the classifications and they always give me 98% in total and I don't know how or what to do to prevent that from happening, I have literally never had a 100%
