A Complete Guide to Fixing Discoloration

DISCLAIMER: DOES NOT WORK WITH AMD GRAPHICS CARDS

You may have noticed that there's a weird greenish-yellow discoloration to the game, at least on PC. The game looks dull and washed out, like it's always a cloudy day even when it's sunny with clear skies. Well this guide helps to fix that using Nvidia Freestyle's Game Filter. Below are some screenshots for the results compared Side By Side (skip to the bottom for the guide photos and instructions):

Guide and Filter Settings
  1. Own an Nvidia GPU (Sorry AMD folks)

  2. Install Nvidia Freestyle (if not already installed)

  3. Have Nvidia In Game Overlay turned on

  4. use alt+z, the default keybind to open it in game

  5. Once there, navigate to the game filter
  6. Add the filters seen above to match the look of my calibration exactly. To get more accurate calibration numbers, use your arrow keys to make the fine adjustments to match my %'s

  7. As tempting as it might be to deviate from the settings above during the calibration process, wait until you have all the values locked in and matching thenumbers perfectly as well.

  8. Arrange the layers to match the order in the photos by using the arrows at the bottom of the interface (SpecialFX, Color, Details, Brightness / Contrast)

That's all folks, hope this was helpful and makes your gameplay experience even better.
Let me know in the comments if you have any kind of questions or issues.

Nvidia really should think about the possibility to add a save option to Freestyle.

@MARC FÉNIX

The first time I closed the game it cleared the settings, but then after I put them in again it has saved it ever since. I’m not sure what I did differently the second time to make it save, and not the others

Hi! I applied your settings and indeed its at least a bit better no doubt. TY.
Do you know how to save this setting to not have to set them all over again everytime I start the
game again?
Right now I believe this settings will be gone if I close the game and start it again.
