No sound after plane crash [solution]

If you haven't got sound after the plane crash, you should plug an external microphone on the computer. Then, start the game and It should work properly ;)
Spanish:
Si no tienes sonido en el juego tras el choque del avión conecta un micrófono externo al pc, después, inicia el juego y ya no deberías tener ningún problema ;)

Lo del micrófono es verdad, yo puse unos audífonos del celular, pues no tenía micrófono, al comienzo no funcionó, luego me dí cuenta que tocaba sacarlo y ponerlo de nuevo, apareciéndome el mensaje del sistema de audio: qué tipo de conector? y obviamente yo puse micrófono y funcionó. También crashea, toca ponerle -DX9 en propiedades del lanzamiento del juego. RTX 4090

WATAFAK que sentido tiene que si conecto el micrófono funciona el audio de nuevo... Me funciono

la solución real es poner compatibilidad con windows xp sp3 debido a que es el sistema adecuado para el cual se optimizo el sonido parece

I've found that if you have a controller, wait to plug it in after you have your game loaded. That fixed the sound issues for me

Dude, are you a wizard? This worked when everything else had failed. In case someone else finds this thread -- I'm running Windows 10, so if your're running the same system this may work for the audio.
