Bristol dirt
2% race length
AI difficulty set to Custom and 85

Race one - Player one gets 23rd and Player two gets 24th
Race two - Player one gets 24th and Player two gets 23rd
Race three - Player one gets 23rd and Player two gets 24th
Race four - Player one gets 24th and Player two gets 23rd
Race five - Player one gets 22nd or better and Player two gets 24th.

The achievement will unlock when you return to the scoring table.

Just like in NASCAR Heat 4 having the most points after four races will not unlock the achievement.

I can verify that it works. Well, I actually got 23rd for races 5 and 6 as player 1, but that equates to getting 22nd in race 5. Good luck!
