1. In Front of Myouren Temple
Talk to Nue twice to unlock all the UFO locations and the first one is on the patch of dirt right here

2. Hell
Once you have the magic jumping boots, run downward/south and you'll jump on the pillar at the bottom jump and find the UFO

3. Hell
On this one you will need to do a bit of platforming. just jump from one pillar to the other. The last one is spaced by 2 square, it's a tight jump but possible, just jump at the last second. If you fall just go back to the beginning and try again

4. Hell
Similar to the last one, go left to the magic jumping circle, from there you can jump on the group of multiple pillars. so just jump and don't fall, reach the one at the right most and claim your UFO

5. Way to Nameless
During Medecine escort mission, there are platforms that spins when you jump on them, just move them to the right corner of the map and jump.

6. Riverbank
Starting from the middle of the map, go up north where there should be a cliff you can jump to just go northmost and jump

On the first screen of Genbu ravine, all the way at the end of the grassy overhang, there's a UFO. There's also three in the Kappa base; after going through the first pipe, you can jump along some raised platforms to the upper-left for one. Then, using some enemy-jumps (jump on an enemy, then flee, and jump off of them before you can fight again), you can get up to a few platforms. One has a pipe, which leads to above three 'cells'. There's a UFO at the far left of this raised area. You can also enemy-jump to another platform just before the boss, there's a UFO at the top of the screen, on a raised step.
