I made this list to help max out party loyalties. This list notes all world encounter, and conversations that are tied to loyalties.

Intro Notes
I made this for my own use after being unable to find this information anywhere else. I thought someone else might find it useful as well.

Some information has been left off this list. Mainly any rewards that are the same between all branches. Also I chose to leave off quest rewards unless they were particularly notable, like when dealing with the Jokers. Most of the time all branches lead to the same outcome. When the outcome was different it was only in terms of the amount of money earned.

Anything inside braces, {TEXT}, is something that is required for that branch. Items listed in brackets are lost after use.

This guide, like all guides, contain spoilers.

If I missed anything let me know and I will try to fix it.

Great guide, but it can be hard to read. Add dashes to separate modules, and be sure to give a breadcrumb list for anything important.

DLC adds one encounter in Act 3 which allows to get +1 Loyalty either for Bill or for Flynn. also some loot.

answering my own question - no matter, if you complete the quest or get red joker, the achievement will unlock.

does getting Red Joker in Chapter 3 make impossible getting all world map side objectives achievement for this chapter?

There's another encounter in Act 3 that can net you some extra cash. After recovering Solomon's notes, you can trade it for a targeting ocular at the Brass & Co. office. But if you refuse the trade the first time ("No deal"), the NPC will throw in an extra $100.

Not sure what happens if you refuse the 2nd time...
