Every "Commandos" game tend not to work by default on modern systems, but fortunately fixing is easy by turning on DirectPlay feature on your machine.
Step-by-step guide:
  1. Go Control Panel
  2. Programs => Programs and Features
  3. Turn Windows features on or off [Administrator permissions required]
  4. Unfold Legacy Components
  5. Tick DirectPlay

Nope, this does NOT work for me. Even tried it in Windows XP Compatibilty Mode and it still boots me back to my "Steam Library"

Nope, doesn't work on W10 as it was already ticked. Game won't launch.
