Do you mean your GPU? Because as long as you have a 64-bit CPU, you should be fine. Obviously, more cores and higher clock speed are better, but....

My console is broken and a new one is expensive. I cannot upgrade this computer either

If your processor is below an CORE i5 [any version but overclocked is recommended] Then why you on steam, go play a console.
