Starting with PC/Steam Version 12.0.0.0 Title Update 2 for Monster Hunter Rise, a strange recurring issue appeared which can put certain user groups in a looping save game error at startup.



These steps are known and tested to be helpful in resolving the issue. However, while there are clear hints of what might be the cause of the issue, the issue itself is entirely unconfirmed.

This guide is only to address the issue of the loop. Be at ease. Your save game will never be deleted by the game unless you overwrite it by yourself. Even in case of a "crash during saving" there is a protection level which keeps your save game recoverable under the right conditions.
