To get all the achievements you need to download the free DLC "Following Portents Video Commentary" and the old version of the game. Before downloading the old version of the game, download the latest version of the game with DLC.

1. Open the Steam client.
2. Press Win+R, type steam://open/console and press Enter to open the console.
3. In the console type (without quotes) "download_depot 466270 466271 1532938600585383112" and press Enter. The console doesn't show the progress of the download, but it will show you the path to the folder with the downloaded files.
4. Once the download is complete, open the game page in the library, click on the gear → Manage → Browse local files. Move the files of the old version of the game to the folder with the files of the latest version with replacement.

Start reading the prologue, press and hold the right arrow on your keyboard until you unlock the "So There's Eleven" achievement. After that you should have 10/11 achievements.
For the last achievement "A Place in the Record Books", go to Extras and open Chapter 1 Commentary. Then skip the video to the last seconds and watch it until the end. You will obtain the achievement once the video ends.
