Get on top of the book shelf and just snipe them with regular arrows and homing arrows, if you want to you can jump down on them and headshot them after you hit them once and they'll die.
Just spam bombs and shoot them it's not that difficult.
Aim for the head. It's literally that simple, if your aim is bad then grapple on to the book shelf and snipe them from there.
Just throw pieces at them and they'll die.
