LowLevelFatalError Solution(s)
By XIOZ
Sometimes this error can occur, I personally had issues with two softwares interfering with the game/engine. If this doesn't work, let's talk about it in comments and hopefully we find another solution.

LowLevelFatalError

Discord
It has already been suggested by the developer that Discord can and often causes this error. This was my case also.

Go to Discord App, find "Settings" in the bottom left corner. Then proceed with "Overlay". At the top find "Enable in-game overlay toggle" and turn if off.
Nvidia GeForce Experience
This was second software causing this error in my case.

Open Nvidia GeForce Experience. Top right you can find "Settings". Select "General" tab and in about a middle part you can see "In-Game Overlay". Turn it off.
NZXT CAM
In the bottom left corner press "Settings", then navigate into "General" tab and at the very bottom uncheck "Enable Game Hooking".
Important Notes
It generally looks that any software that has in-game overlay will cause this issue, even when not active.

It has also been suggested that overclocking CPU might interfere with the game. I personally use ARMOURY CRATE software to overclock my i5-13600KF and had no issues with software or overclocking itself. But I suppose it makes sense to mention it, just in case.
End
Hopefully this helped you, but if not, leave a comment and maybe we can come up with another solution that you need to run the game.
