To switch to fullscreen mode, just hit F4.

I couldn't find this information easily so I thought a crystal clear guide entry (the first place I had checked, where this was not documented yet) could help other players. I found several other posts asking about fullscreen, most without answer, and I eventually found the answer in a discussion about the original game, Tsugunohi.
