Note

You have to have the sandbox DLC otherwise it won't work.

The actual guide

Step 1: Open the game
Step 2: Click "New Game"
Step 3: Check the "Sandbox Mode" checkbox at the bottom of the screen
Step 4: Put the company name to what you desire
Step 5: Click on "Start Game"
Step 6: Play the game as normal.
