Damn I'm impress by this very detail argument ! I don't see that often XD

Okay so yeah gmod is limited but I only use it for the burntrap model ,table and TV and monitor, and for glichreap head

Everything else is by paint . Net and all the blur effect too

Yeah I kinda see what you got in mind , but yeah I do more flashy and cartoon style , it fit me better I don't do realistic thing XD

Maybe I'll give a try for my future projects to this app you said !

Maybe I could put the "I always come back" quote in the fog itself or on the screens where Glitch trap is appearing in. Unfortunately, I don't know how to describe the exact image in my mind with words (I'm not even sure this is possible in Gmod) , but you should be able to get away with messing around in that Photoshop Express app. If you're keeping the original design , point a light on the monitors to make it seem like it is emitting light. Have the GlitchTrap fade into the static rather than unnaturally over it. I am honestly not sure how to handle the flashy background besides darkening the colors of the poster to make Burntrap the brightest. I'm probably being nitpicky with this poster because I favor more realistic tones rather than comic styles, this is genuinely fine with where it is. Although the poster could use some touch ups with that app to make it flawless.

If I were to make this poster, I would place Burntrap exiting out of the recharge station in a darkroom. screens showing Glitchtrap (having the camera static over Glitchtrap to get that analogue horror feel) will be on the left and the right of the recharge station on tables next to it. The camera will be leaning towards the left, with the leftmost screens being closest to the camera, the camera will be viewing the recharging station Burntrap is coming out of and able to see just a little bit over the recharging station towards the rest of the screens. Burntrap will have one hand visible on the recharging station, almost as if he pried open the door, with his head leaning forward out of the station looking down, with fog coming out of the station. Burntraps eyes will have a glare on it, with the rest of his body being purple (like in the original Security Breach shot) The color scheme would be purple, with just a little amount of dark green being shown.

Burntrap kind of blurs into the flashy background rather than pop out. For me, the poster naturally appears quite blurry (just Gmod being Gmod lol), so if I were you, I would give Adobe PhotoShop Express a try (pretty sure its free and it has a clarity feature to increase the focus on Burntrap). You'll easily be able to keep this design and make it work with that application.

And you suggest to our everything darker right ?
FIROBEEZ  [author] 14 Jun, 2023 @ 11:06am
Did you mean dat flashy background is too flashy and hide the color of burntrap?

First : MASSIVE THX YOU FOR THIS VERY CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK! it help me alot to improve

Secondly : can you tell me more detail about you opinion with the background ? I'm not sure I understand it well 😅
