So in the current build of the game, you can see the health bar of destructible objects. This very often gives away secrets.

Secret 1
Right in front of you. You can't miss it.

This opens a secret door behind you that leads to a courtyard.

Secret 2
If you carry on fighting and get to the part of the wall that explodes, there's a little pond with armor in it. From here you can see a secret door.

Press E on this wall to open it. Inside you will find a super shotgun. Groovy.

Secret 3
In the bathrooms, the right stall has a little target in the toilet. Shoot it.

As far as I can tell this spawns a box of shotgun shells in the shower?

Secret 4
In the trap room with the stained glass, all windows but one will break.

shoot this window out to get some goodies.

Secret 5
Past the right blue gate and around the corner you can see this target. Shoot it.

It will open the wall in front of you and reveal a blue armor.

Secret 6
In a forested area, you'll see a bright green stained glass window. Destroy it.


Secret 7
You can peek through these bars and destroy this destructible wall.


Secret 8
Retoggle the switch that led to the blue key and quickly run past the gate before it closes.

You will find that the bars blocking your way are now gone.

Here you can find a cameo of the protagonist from Nightmare Reaper.

Girl... Eternally Interrupted
This achievement is a reference to the film Girl Interrupted. Nightmare Reaper and Girl Interrupted both follow a mentally ill female protagonist.

Secret 1
close to the start of the mission, you will come across this broken wall. if you destroy it you can find some gear behind it as well as a bestiary note for the Boney.


Secret 2
Once you go down the stairs, you can see two vents to the left. The left vent is open. Enter it and you will get a secret.


Secret 3
As you progress through the mission, you will enter a hallway and the floor will collapse. Jump over this collapse and keep walking to the end of the hall. There will be a little secret to the right.


Secret 4
In the room with the sewer grate and items behind it, you'll also notice a pipe leaking water.

If you climb into the pipe and look up, you'll see a hidden target. If you shoot it, the grate will open partially and you can reach the items.


Secret 5
There are two green buttons in the main room after you've fallen down into the sewers. If you press both a door will open with lots of loot inside.

This room contains BJ Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein.

Secret 1
After leaving the first hallway, turn left and look for the destructible wall. After breaking this you'll find the hidden area behind it.


Secret 2
At the top of the stream, there are these two towers. Behind a tree in the middle of them sits a shootable target. After shooting it both towers will open with loot inside.

The right tower contains the Bestiary entry for the Spidey.

Secret 3
If you stand on the cliff overlooking the ritual area, you can see a red target on one of the pillars. If you shoot it the platform in the middle will raise up and down. Use this to jump to the little alcove with items in.

There is a cameo in here, Postal Guy impaled on his trademark shovel.


Secret 4
To the right of the ritual area, there is a empty area with four pillars. If you walk all the way to the end, you can find a bestiary note. This is the last secret.

Secret 1
Once you reach Darkville, follow the right wall until you reach the corner. Against the bunker/building there is a green button. When you press it, it will open a secret area at the end of the river. Go to the river and follow it and you will find it.

Secret 2&3
On the roof of a building inside the city, you can see a cave. This building is on the left side of the town.

If you enter this cave you can walk along it to find a area with some armor, the first secret.

There is a drop down which will grant you the second secret as well as a cameo.

Here lies Duskdude from Dusk.



Secret 4
By peeking through the window of the building in front of the church, you can see a target. Shoot it to open the door.


Secret 5
This secret is hidden high up on an arch. To start, jump from the roof of the cave house and land on this plank.

Then after entering the house, parkour up these ledges to the top.

And finally, walk across the plank to get to the arch.


Secret 6
Parkour from Secret 5 along the roofs until you reach the house. Enter and you will get a secret.



Secret 7
After reaching the exit, walk past it. You'll enter a room with three stained glass windows. The right most one is destructible and contains the secret.

Secret 1
After passing through the red door, there's a little parkour you can follow up to the secret cameo.

The Prodeus guy is chilling at the top.


Secret 2After heading through the blue door and down the stairs, turn left into a long corridor. There will be a destructible crack on the wall, which you can destroy to reveal the secret.

Secret 3
In the lava area where you find the golden key, there is a upper area with a stat star on it. Use these steps at the end of the lower level to climb up to it.

You can then just jump onto and run along these pillars to reach the bestiary entry for the spiderling.

Down some steps to the left when you reach the open area with lava.


Secret 2
In the area before you open the lava bridge, between these two buildings there is a armor piece hidden away.

Secret 3
Once you've crossed the lava bridge and entered the fortress, go to the right. Easy secret with a little square guy.

I have absolutely no idea what he's from.


Secret 4
On the top floor of the fortress, there's a door that leads to a balcony. Follow the balcony and you'll find it.


Secret 5
After finishing the arena fight and taking the sinking platform down, turn left as soon as you leave, then keep going left until you see a lower area with a tree. Drop down onto it and you will see your reward.

As soon as you leave the cave, you will see a pillar to your right.

Behind the pillar is a jump pad, use this to get on top and you will find the one and only secret for this mission.

Destructible wall a bit further into the mission.


Secret 3
There's a secret target in the room after entering the main building. Shoot it and it will retract the bars from the perk point.


Secret 4
In the room with all the parkour challenges, there's a target you can shoot.


Secret 5
Also in the parkour room, you can see a purple waterfall coming from a cave. You can jump onto it but it may take a few tries.

Follow the stream to the top and you'll find a cave with treasure.

Close to the exit gate you can find a little alcove that has a hidden cameo.

Here you can find the protagonist from Ashes 2063, a mod for DOOM.

After riding the moving platform, you can jump down into this secret area.

Secret 1
Once you get past the first explosive wall, there's a hidden door facing the lava.


Secret 2
From the platform above the lava, jump to the lower platform to the right. Then parkour up and you'll find the secret.



Bonus Secret 1
There's a target you can shoot to open a path to the bestiary entry.


Bonus Secret 2
On the way back from the bestiary entry you can see a hidden tunnel that leads to a secret cameo.

Secret 1
As soon as you drop down to the lower area, go around the right of this pillar and you'll find the first secret.


Secret 2
At the arena where you fight the Ubershambler, there is a tilted building with a cracked window.

Shoot out the cracked window and head inside to find the secret.
