First off I must say this game is nothing like Redneck Rampage.. The controls are way different. Here is how to play.

You will most likely have to change the up-down aim in the settings, as the controls are upside down.

Controls
F1 - Brings up your gun.
F2 - Reloads your weapon.

up arrow - Walk forwards
down arrow - Walk backwards
left arrow - Turn left
right arrow - Turn Right
/-? - Jump
shift - Run (while pressing a direction)
alt - Strife (while holding left or right keys)
right mouse button - Walk forwards
left mouse - Shoot (while your gun is up)
