Download OBS Studio https://obsproject.com/

Open OBS, in Sources click on the + symbol to add a Video Capture Device. A window will appear asking to either Create new or Add Existing source. If you're unfamiliar simply pick Create new and click OK.


A preview window will appear, under Device pick your webcam of choice (a preview view of the webcam should appear.) The rest of the settings should automatically fill in and to be certain, ensure that Flip Vertically and Apply rotation data from camera (if any) are left unchecked. Click OK once it's complete.

Returning to the original screen, the preview window should now show whatever your webcam sees. If the webcam footage doesn't fit the full preview window, press CTRL + F. Alternatively right-click on the Video Capture Device source > Transform > Fit to screen.


You're pretty much done! Now click on Start Virtual Camera in the bottom right corner and leave it on as you play Starri. Just don't forget to stop it once you're done!
