Report a translation problem
On most levels it's really easy to notice the secret door, though a bit problematic on the 2nd because of the cracked textures.
As the wall is destroyable (and counts towards an achievement) if you shoot it with your wound, besides the electric effect, there will be little rock pieces flying - that never happens on normal walls.
Also, walls with decoration (torches, statues, decorative shields, etc.) never have the secret room cracks.
Instead of looking for the cracks in the wall, look for the gray cobblestones clipping through at the bottom of the wall. It is present on walls in certain room layouts, but it always seems to occur on the cracked wall and is much easier to spot. Also, ignore spots with torches.
