Also Important notice, MS2 includes a remake of MS1 which is unlocked after beating the game, so you don't need to buy MS1 separately, the remake also runs fine, Finale has a total of 3 missing walls and a missing voice file which crashes your game while playing with the English voices, the fix is to switch to Japanese for that particular cutscene, the rest of the game after that works just fine.

I would highly recommend it, I haven't played many DRPGs but out of the ones I have played Mary Skelter is easily my favourite, it's got an amazing cast of characters and awesome soundtrack. in terms of port quality, MS2 runs perfectly fine.

Yes, I was considering playing the series someday, but I can't say when. It's one of those games that looks fun, but my backlog is infinite and who knows when I'll ever get to it. I still like to research the quality of a PC port of a niche game like this out of curiosity. Thank you for the reply.

Reoccurring? No it hasn't happened since then, I don't recall it happening at all the first time I played MS2 though so there's that. It's just a visual glitch though and it's not game breaking or anything.

Yeah it's a bug, never seen it happen before, the AI door would flicker randomly in and out of existence, I have no idea why, maybe because I splattered blood on it? Not sure.
