An atmospheric apartment with gallery. AI Nodes and Navmesh is included :)

If problems with reflections accrue open console and type "sv_cheats 1" and then "mat_specular 0" without
quotation marks.

Ideal settings for brightness on this map are 2.1 and HDR on full.
Most textures and models are from Valve games.

@Muffinconsumer the textures arent a problem for me, check if you have anything that changes textures

Sometimes when I spawn in the map, the doors are invisible, the normal doors, not the sliding doors. Is there a solution to prevent this from happening?

Dont wanna add to the pile, but uh, where are the wall textures????? And the window pane textures????? And the closet textures?????

It looks great, just one small problem, the hot tub water looks green, any solution?

It definitely looks good but I have some constructive criticism.

Almost all the walls are missing Normal textures

Also maybe if there wasn't so many static props for furniture and decoration. It would be very difficult to pose any characters as it is now.
