This can be fixed without manually disabling the iGPU and it is a permanent fix. Follow the procedure step by step and restart the system, the error wont show up again.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard to bring up the Windows search.
Type "Advanced System Settings" to bring up the Advanced System Settings app. Select "View advanced system settings".
This will bring up the Advanced Tab inside of the System Properties. Select the Environment Variables.
From the System variables section, select the "New.." button. Fill in the field Variable name: with the text “DISABLE_LAYER_AMD_SWITCHABLE_GRAPHICS_1” and Variable value: with "1" as shown below. Then press the OK button.
Select OK once more to close the Environment Variables window.

yeah disabling and enabling the igpu was kinda pain everytime you launch the game and it completely messed up display scaling on desktop as well. I'm glad it was helpful and guy who made that video deserves the thanks.

It works. Previously, I had to turn off the built-in video card before each launch of the game, and turn it back on after starting the game. Now this is not necessary. Thank you very much.
