This game unlike the first SLUDGE LIFE doesn't have many hidden tags, in my opinion I think that only these 4 tags are actually well hidden, I hope it helps.

I didn't think this one would be difficult enough, there's also another tag like this one, in a bridge right when you leave the cig city (sorry I don't remember the names) there is a button you can press to make the bridge lift so you can tag it.

There's a tag on the garage door at the Butcher, right next to the Warp Station. You have to close the garage door to reach with the control panel.

using the Vandal Eyes will help out a lot too.
