When you are hiding from the woman in red at the end. she breaks into the apartment, When she breaks in the back window spam the front door to leave go out on the road to the left all the way to the end and there's a cardboard box on the left. Get the mallet and kill the woman in red.

Just hide in the bathroom till the 2 minutes runs out then you should get the ending
