Basic guidelines for how I unlocked these rare achievements.

Complete a run without learning an epic talent, and without using any abilities to unlock these two achievements.
I got both Humble and Mundane talents in the same run. Fairly easy if you get orbital talents.

Play on mastery level 1
Archer
Mix of range, attack speed and crit.
You want crit to proc your core talent to fire an additional arrow.
Attack speed for damage, but also try finding talent that fire orbital arrow on % of basic attack

Survive until night 10 without unlocking any talents to get this achievement.
Basically summon giant snails as often as you can. Try to sometimes shoot against empty lanes when you can, often it will hit incoming enemies if one hasn't spawned from there in a while.

Summoner
Don't pick any talents

Survive a night without using basic attacks or any abilities.
Very important to get a good trap + orbital build for this achievement, because both of them stay between nights so you can build up a lot.

Needed to play on a higher mastery level in order to get more XP and get more insane build.

Archer
I got bomb traps, frost traps and orbital. Spamming as early and as often as I can.
Attack speed is very good, combined with % to shoot extra arrows and orbital arrows.
You want an attack range that shoot off screen at the top, so you can kill enemies before they reach your orbital ring and traps.
Very important to get talents that give battery, so you can use abilities many times during one night.

Piercing is also good.
More dmg the further arrows travel is nice.
Crit is kinda low prio, but there is a talent where if it crits it pierces which is very good if you get it.
Knockback and health I tried to ignore.
