Go to the search bar, Search for Graphic settings, click browse, go to game root files (You can do this by going to your libary, right clicking on Fallout 3, hovering over manage, then click browse local files and copy the file location.) select Fallout3.exe, click on browse once again, this time select FalloutLauncherSteam, now your game should work flawlessly
