How to quickly beat Gross Out: Battle for Sludge Valley
By Yuroo
Guide detailing how to quickly beat Gross Out game in +/- 90 minutes and get the achievement for it. Gross Out is basically re-skin of S&S2 so you should easily understand all of its mechanics since you've probably beaten S&S2 already. The game has only 8 chapters, each a little longer than previous one.

Few basic informations:

Characters have different stats, and probably the best choice will be the thicc guy since it has lowest devices stat which will be useless. I don't think it will make big difference so you can choose whoever you want, but i'm just saying.

There are 8 chapters. In every chapter you need to defeat some amount of enemies and always the last one will be the boss. After you beat a chapter you can choose next location. I'm pretty sure they are all the same except of visuals, so just choose any location you want.

Perks are working just like in S&S2. There are different names for them (agility is named speed, charisma is fartmaster, stamina is fitness and magicka is devices), but it works the same.

About stats and a tactic:

Basically what you need to do is focusing on fartmastering (it's an equivalent of charisma from s&s2) and invest pretty much every point in it. From time to time buff anything that you'll feel need to (EXCEPT of devices, since it's pretty useless in this tactic). You actually don't need to buff anything other than vitality and fartmaster, but i still recommend buffing everything by few points, maybe except of attack and speed since it'll only buff your melee and speed of walking/jumping so it's not that important (i will show my endgame stats down below so i guess you can use it as a reference).

In the beginning of the game you can fight melee, but after buffing fartmaster by 5-10 points, start using ONLY farting for the rest of the game. If enemy is trying to get close to you, shove them as much as you need to and they'll eventually give up since the AI is pretty dumb.

Invest your first 2-3 levels fully in fartmaster. Then you can start buffing other stats too. Try to balance vitality so the enemies don't deal you enough damage to be able to kill you in 2-3 attacks. If you have a fight where you lost 50% of your hp, invest your next level in vitality or defences (preferably vitality). Invest in strength if you want to buff your shove power. It won't be useful on every enemy, but it can be useful on some slow-ass ones that can be pain in the ass sometimes. As i said before, you can entirely skip speed and attack. They'll buff your melee hit chance, and speed of your movement, which won't be needed, but you can buff it by few points if you feel need to. And finally, buff your fitness if you want to have a little more stamina to be able to shove more without sleeping if you fight with some pain in the ass enemies. Everything else should go to fartmaster.

Other info:

Buy new armor whenever you can and try to always get the new tier when you unlock it. I was able to skip few tiers entirely, but try to always upgrade your armor just in case.

Buy best melee weapon you are able to on the beginning if you want. Then you don't need to do it at all.

I'm pretty sure game saves automatically, but you can sometimes go to mom's shop to save it there.

Here you have a screen of my endgame stats if you want to use it as a reference:

Basically that's it. Just do fights, most of them you'll be able to do in less than 30 seconds. I was able to beat the whole game without any death and in 90 minutes, just by doing what i wrote here. I hope it'll be helpful to you, good luck!
