INFORMATION


Changes the reload animations of some weapons in CUP.

CURRENTLY CHANGED WEAPONS

  • M4s - Hand animations, reload animations, reload sounds
  • AKs - Reload animations, reload sounds
  • AK12s - Hand animations, reload animations, reload sounds
  • SCAR-Ls - Reload animations, reload sounds
  • Pistols - Reload animations, reload sounds
  • L85s - Reload sounds


Q & A

  • Q - Will there be an RHS or X version of this mod in the future.
  • A - I don't know, most of these mods I make based on what i am enjoying at the time or what I am feeling up to do. if I don't want to do it, then it won't be done.

  • Q - Will X weapon get done?
  • A - Possibly, I am not an animator. I have a pool of animations I have taken from different resources, therefor I have a finite amount of animations to use that fit.

  • Q - Is there a time frame for updates/can we expect updates in the future?
  • A - Probably, as I stated before I work based on what I want to do. Along with that, life happens. I don't always have the time or energy to work on these mods.


KNOWN BUGS

  • Reloads aren't completely synced to the mag/weapon. Can't be fixed, would require editing CUP's model.cfg which isn't possible with a overriding mod.

More weapons will get new animations EventuallyTM


Keys are in a separate folder. Mod is a complete standalone unlike my last reload rework mod. FWA rework will eventually become a standalone.

SCAR-L Reloads work for all of them except the Standard length barrel

Nice work on this! CUP weapons' reload will be much more enjoyable:steamhappy:
Here's some little suggestions:
1 Could you please modify the following CUP guns' reload animations too, since they are still using ARMA2 sytle generic reload one, it looks very wired:
RSASS (AR15 style), Galil (556 and 762, similar to AK), P90 (vanilla ADR-97
style)
2 When reloading 100rnd C-mags on CUP M4/SCAR-Ls, there will be a special reload animation be played, contrary to the ordinary vanilla SPAR-16 one when loading 30rnd STANAG mags. So please preserve this special reload animation when making new ones.
3 Please consider those CUP M16s.
4 Please consider those RHS pistols. Reload animations for rifles there are somewhat decent, so they are in low priority.
