Introduction
Are you about to play GTA Vice City after several years, or maybe on your way to do your first playthrough and/or want to experience every little thing this game has to offer?

This walkthrough will let you efficiently finish Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition while unlocking all achievements and getting 100% completion.
Missions, sidemissions and other tasks are in order of when they are unlocked, or in the order that makes the most sense.

Some tasks in the list are not necessary for either 100% or an achievement.

Usage example
Create a new note for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition and copy the checklist section you want to work on from this guide into it.
That way you can use the steam overlay to check off any task that you've done.
Notes on steam can be a bit buggy if they are too long, keep each section as its own note.

For these last 5 (6) achievements we need to start grinding to raise our stats. Some of these might already be unlocked from just playing the game normally, but in either case, here is a good way to grind them.
Steal a Hunter from the military compound north of the airport and start Brown Thunder (Vigilante). Using the Hunter you can reach a really high streak and earn several thousands $$ each round.

Yeah, this was the hardest thing I did on my list as I didn't use a weapon, I only used police vehicles. It required some planning, luck and a lot of stress.
I memorised locations where police vehicles can spawn, I also memorised locations of police bribes.
I then carefully pushed the enemies' vehicles into a corner, a wall, or some place they couldn't drive away from, this will force them to exit their vehicle.
I then use the police car to take them out.
After a few waves you have to find the time to find a new police vehicle to replace your current one. Either from one randomly driving on the street or at a police station they can spawn.
You can also try to purchase an early safehouse with a garage where you can quickly repair.
Every now and then you have to find a police bribe to get rid of your wanted level.
When there is more than one car with enemies you have to just focus on one car and let the other drive away, then come back for them when you're done with the first one

One is Better Than Two: For PC users. Most guides say keep it on Left Ctrl and tap repeatedly on Gas. That doesn't work properly.

Better way: Tap both of them repeatedly. Left Ctrl + W. At the beach.

I used the "ramps" on the building opposite to jump into the studio lot.
I did the Molotov rampage near the lighthouse to spawn a firetruck and used that.

Checklist part 1 - how do you or did you collect the 2 hidden packages before you bought the movie studios?

How did you do firefighter when there are no firestations on the first island?

You might want to add that doing the shooting range as part of one of the assets' mission isn't enough to 100% the game, even though you reach the score threshold; you have to go to the shooting range outside of the mission and beat the score for it to count. It was the only think I was missing to 100%, I was honestly going crazy because I had already done everything. Cheers and thanks for the list.

Awesome guide, I feel like there's some stuff missing that should be addressed, like how there's no Firetruck spawn in the first island, so Firefighter - Level 12 is only achievable if you, for example, start a rampage with a Molotov.

Nonetheless, it helped me 100% easily thank you. :steamhappy:

Thanks for another great guide! I ended up doing the firefighter mission exploit at Vercetti mansion to earn enough cash for Take The Cannoli, took me less than an hour this way.
