Here is method how to limit your game within 60 fps, because this game does not support in game frame rate cap and selecting v-sync it will stay within your screen hz in my case it is 144hz thus laptop overheats over 90+°C even though game is very old which is bs.

If you are on Windows 11 then:

1) Right click on desktop screen and then "Show more options"

2) NVIDIA control panel

3) Manage 3D settings
4) Program settings > Select a program to customize and then scroll down until you find MAX FRAME RATE and select your desired frame rate > Apply

This is it, as it fixed laptop overheating.
