The best way to EXP grind is to play red light in the mini games tab and win. You'll get 20EXP per win (the same amount of EXP as team fight), and it only takes roughly a minute an half to do it. Plus EXP Boosts work in red light, so with a 200% boost you're getting 60EXP every time
Raids can be a good way to get EXP, but takes specific builds to do it in 2minutes. If you have the builds and come first than you can get 50EXP every time. If you have a friend who has the right build, than you can play with them to come second and gain 35EXP every time. This would seem to be better than red light, however EXP Boosts don't work on raids. So red light is better if you have Boosts. But if you don't have any Boosts to pop, than raids could be faster
Hope that helps, good luck with the grind
