Lawson Delta

Lawson Delta has a total of 30 workbenches.
The compound with the most goods is C&A Lumber so be sure to hit there during your matches if you need the loot or xp.
Below is a map with all of the benches and a good route to take in order to get them.

Stillwater Bayou

Stillwater Bayou has a total of 28 workbenches.
The compounds with the most goods are Stillwater Bend, Port Reeker, Darrow Livestock and Reynard Mill & Lumber so be sure to hit those locations.

Desalle

The newest map so far, Desalle, has a total of only 17 workbenches across it's entirety.
Moses Poultry and Fort Bolden stick out with 2 benches each, and are worth while if you need the loot or xp.
