There are 5 active oil well sites on the dlc map: (as far as i know)
- 3 of them are always in the same location but you will have to buy the farms they're in to be able to build drill rigs on top of them.
- The other 2 are random on every new game.

I haven't played the dlc yet, I will update the guide once i do.

On your guide you said only 2 oil field are active, is this the same on the dlc map? I have one oil rig down but any other oil plot i find the pump jack stays red when trying to place it on the ground.
