1.Go to Groups and search for PAYDAY: The Vyse
2.Join that group

Now you should see your masks in game right away
Troubleshooting in case the masks dont show:
Try verifiyng the game cache if the masks just dont want to show up
Or
Wait up one hour for the masks to show

Or if all else fails
start the game, host a random online session, mask up, and shoot around for a few seconds and then back out. Once you back out, you should have the masks in your 'Choose Mask' menu.That should fix most of the disappearing problems -This fix is courtesy of Kyano who was the one to find this

Hello, I downloaded PayDay the heist, and when I start the game, it doesn't run, and there is no sign that has run. Can anyone help me?

After accepting the masks will be in your game, you just wont be able to select them from the menu, but from the random it is possible to appear the Vyse masks. You have a guide to have them appear in the menu.
