This achievement haunted me for a while and I finally decided to put an end to it. It's more time-consuming than difficult tbh because when you get food and the right magazines, you'll spend most of the time AFK in safe spots and checking in on Frank every 18 minutes while doing other stuff to pass the time. When you have two food items left, you leave your spot and hunt down survivors and psychopaths to get their food or search for food in its spawn locations. Like I said, It's not hard but it sure as hell is time-consuming and tiresome.
