You need to go on mission NMPD HQ and walk across the buildings and after you enter the buildings and go into the room with the ramp and then go back outside and there are aliens there go through that and there is a door nearby and that leads back outside into a new area this area is where the face will be and there are 2 lamps pointing at the sky and a helicopter landing place there is these on the other side but that side is not where the face is its on the second area and there will be an arrow pointing to where the face is on the walls the face is close to 2 black box things I think they might be generators and the generators are close to the 2 lamps and helicopter landing and the arrow pointing to it will be near the generators and the other side will have the 2 generators so make sure it's not the other side and there is on the helicopter landing there is a way to tell which side you are on you are on the one to helicopter landing where it says d3 than you on the right side but if it say d2 then its the wrong side.

So now you should be on the part with 2 generators and 2 lamps and a helicopter landing that says d3 and there is a arrow pointing to where the face is near the 2 generators and you need to jump off the building in where the arrow is pointing and you will not be able to survive this so beware and but after you drop off the building look back and then you will see the face.
