Step 0: Required Learning
Before we get into the actual guide, you need to make sure you know a few things:

1. A basic combo
If you're inexperienced and don't know how to combo, here's a very basic combo that deals 1 full bar of damage and leaves the opponent close by:

XBOX:
X X X X X -> Up + A (Step-in) -> X -> X X X X X -> X X -> Up + Y (Lift Strike) -> Down + B (Lightning Attack)

PLAYSTATION:
▢ ▢ ▢ ▢ ▢ -> Up + X (Step-in) -> ▢ -> ▢ ▢ ▢ ▢ ▢ -> ▢ ▢ -> Up + △ (Lift Strike) -> Down + O (Lightning Attack)

2. Vanish Counter
A Vanish Counter occurs when you hit the guard button (RB for Xbox, R1 for Playstation) right before an attack lands. It teleports you behind the opponent and knocks them away.

3. Dragon Homing
To perform Dragon Homing:

XBOX:
RT + A (Dragon Dash) -> During Dragon Dash, press A

PLAYSTATION
R2 + X (Dragon Dash) -> During Dragon Dash, press X

This technique will allow you to instantly appear behind your opponent and will be required for the guide.

3. Sparking Rush Combo
When in Sparking Mode, simply mash X/▢ (Attack button) to perform a Sparking Rush Combo. Note that after around 20 hits, your opponent will be knocked to the ground.

Once you know the above, you're ready to begin.
Step 1: Beat the snot out of Frieza
Using the combo you learned in the previous chapter, you should have no issues saucing the everloving daylights out of Frieza's second form (if you have a better combo, feel free, I'm not your dad). Do not waste time - beat him like he just stole your hotdog. Whenever you have an opportunity, make sure to charge your Ki, but do not enter Sparking Mode.

Once Frieza reaches 2 and a half HP bars left, he'll begin to talk about transforming.

Once you see these, Frieza is trying to transform.

At this point, you want to knock him away from you and enter Sparking Mode. You are unable to kill him yet, because he'll regenerate all his HP if you do too much damage before he transforms, and his HP will reset once he transforms anyway.

Once he transforms, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Blast Frieza in his stupid face
If all is going to plan, Frieza should have just transformed into his banana head form and you're in Sparking Mode.

Now, you're going to Dragon Homing to get behind Frieza, and smack him upside the head until either:
1. You hit the combo limit and he falls out of the combo
If he falls to the ground, wait for him to land on the ground and then hit him with the Special Beam Cannon.
2. He counters your combo.
If he counters your combo, do a Vanish Counter and as soon as you knock him away, fire the Special Beam Cannon. Make sure that after you use the Special Beam Cannon, you fly up a little bit to stay away from the ground (important for Step 4)

If your Special Beam Cannon misses for whatever reason, just retry the mission. Otherwise, move onto step 3.
Step 3: Blast Frieza in his stupid face (again)
Once you hit Frieza with your Special Beam Cannon, he'll be knocked to the ground and he'll lose his lock on you (indicated by the little circle icon under his Ki bar).

This icon means Frieza is not locked onto you.

If you did a large amount of damage to him in Step 2, there's a chance that he'll immediately try to hit you with his Rush Ultimate. If this happens, skip this step and go to Step 4.

Now that Frieza has lost sight of you, you need to re-enter Sparking mode. Piccolo has a skill called All Out that costs 3 Skill counts that puts him in Sparking mode. Do not use it (yet). If possible, just hide behind some terrain so Frieza cannot lock on to you, and charge your Ki manually until you're back in Sparking mode.

Once you're back in Sparking mode, get as close to Frieza as you can without him locking on and make sure you are in the air (important for the next step), then hit him with the Special Beam Cannon a second time. It is very important that you do not try to attack Frieza with other attacks - as soon as his HP drops below a certain amount, he will use a Rush Ultimate (even if he's being combo'd or doesn't have any Ki) and if that hits you, you will fail the mission. So only use the Special Beam Cannon.

Restart if you miss, proceed to the next part if you hit.
Step 4: Avoid Frieza's Rush Ultimate
At this point, you've dealt enough damage to Frieza that he'll trigger the next part of the fight - which causes him to immediately use a Rush Ultimate towards you. This is why we wanted to be in the air after using Special Beam Cannon - since Frieza is on the floor, his Rush Ultimate should stay near the ground, meaning that you can easily avoid it by simply staying high up.

You must AVOID his Rush Ultimate - if you get hit by it or even if you block it, you will fail the mission.

Once you have safely avoided the Rush Ultimate, you should now be in the air and Frieza should still be unable to find you (as the Special Beam Cannon from earlier removed his lock-on).

At this point, if you have at least 3 Skill counts, you can use your All Out skill to quickly enter Sparking mode, otherwise simply charge your Ki and manually enter Sparking mode.

Once you have entered Sparking mode, move to Step 5.
Step 5: Blast Frieza in his stupid face (thrice)
Okay, so you're now in Sparking mode, and Frieza just missed with his Rush Ultimate. That means it's time to finish this as fast as possible.

You can now safely combo Frieza again since he can't Rush Ultimate you out of nowhere. Use Dragon Homing to get behind him, and start to combo him until he has less than 1 and a half bar of HP left.

This is roughly how much health Frieza should have left before your final Special Beam Cannon.

You can use a Lift Strike (Up + Y on Xbox, Up + △ on Playstation) to knock Frieza out of your Sparking Rush Combo and then immediately blast him with a Special Beam Cannon, which should be enough to kill him.

Once Frieza is KOed, you should receive some extra dialogue to signify you successfully cleared the secondary objective.

If you see this dialogue, you've cleared the secondary objective!

Nice!

Okay I need help, Piccolo “All out” is now 4 instead of 3. This mission is driving me crazy, I have been trying for 3 hours and I always get stopped by the time!

Unfortunately I do not use KB controls so I have no idea what they would be. The only reason I included PS controls in addition to XBOX (Which is the controller I use) is because they can easily translate 1:1 on the controllers, and I can visually display both at the same time.

just wanna add that you should add keyboard controls for the combos and such as well
