REQUIRES EA30 OR NEWER

Disables that one type of blood splatter that can't be disabled from the in-game settings.

Okay, apparently Steel made it so that you can disable it through the options. I'll keep this up just for the weirdos who want no impact but want the vanilla decals and blobs.

Correct. I didn't notice that Steel also added the option to disable this through the settings. I'm just leaving this here for people who want to play with blood and or paint blobs without impact effects... for some reason.

I literally made this mutator before the update released and published it as soon as the new beta dropped. I did not bother checking at all.
