Intro
There are still alot of people who want to play Dragon's Prophet through steam, without having to register a new account.

Now i'm not someone that normaly write guides, so this might not be a very good one, but i can garantee that it works. And that it should be fairly easy.

One word of warning though.
You Can Not buy any of the steam dlc for your account if you use this bypass.

I didn't realise this solution has been mentioned alot of times in the forums, so i feel like such a copycat now. >.<
3 Easy Steps.
Step 1:

Go to the Local folder of the game:
- in the library right click on the game's name and choose 'properties'.
- Select the 'Local Files' tab on top
- Select 'Browse Local Files'
- this should open the game's folder.

Step 2:

to be on the save side we are not going to remove any files, just rename them.
- Rename 'dplogin' to something else
- Rename 'launcher' to 'dplogin'

Step 3:

Start the game through steam.

That's it. you are done.
I hope this helps and have fun gaming.

I am not associated with the game.
If the game does not work then i can't do anything about it, you will need to contact them.

The bypass only links the steam library shortcut to the launcher and does not change anything to the game.
