My guess would be pistol - heavy weapon - armor - sword - amulet
It seems the game is updating, because there is one set of pistols, heavy weapon, armor and amulets you didn't noticed. If you still interested in Kill Knight, you can add information about new equipment in your guide :)
To get K rank, I would say the jump depends on how comfortable you are with the game. Definitely try playing the layers again on sufferance as it provides the most points. For me personally it took me a couple of tries to get the hang of enemies spawns and overall speed of the difficulty.
For the badges, play it on a lower difficulty and it should be enough!
can you clarify what the achievement "abyssal speed" mean? And how exactly to do it?
