Now it's more useful, because it can not only bodyshot Hunters and Smokers, but also can crown witches!

Vertical punch 1.5 -> 3
Min standing spread 0.1 -> 0.35
Min in air spread 1.5 -> 4
Max movement spread 3 -> 5
Penetration power 50 -> 100
Damage 115 -> 300 oneshots Jockeys in head, but still requires 2 shots for Chargers
Cycle time 1.05 -> 0.85
Clip size 20 -> 10
Ammo type SNIPERRIFLE -> AUTOSHOTGUN and here comes crowning ability!
