Every Map doesn´t only have a type of Fish but also an underclassed water animal that you can find in each water.
.ᐟHow it works: you want to approach any water and throw your fishing rod at an area WITHOUT any visible fish closeby.
Once done that with the correct bait, you´ll be able to fish the animal depending on your region:

　　　　　　　　　Also for anyone doing the Treasure-Hunter-Profession
While the Fisherman-Profession requires you to fish for ...fish, lol, the Treasure-Hunter-Profession 　　
　　requires you to fish for the lost underwater treasure below the water.

What you need to do is find the specific ore they ask from you to melt it into specific bait:
The Farm/Town needs copper ore melted into copper-bait
The Forest needs iron ore to be melted into ore-bait
The Mountain needs moonstone ore melted into moonstone-bait

Once you´ve done that, you want to find a location with some water and look out for bubbles.
Choose the correct bait depending on your map and throw it right into the bubbles, you´ll see sparkles appear once you did it right.

Bait needed: Grasshopper
The Bait can be found simply on the ground.
Use the Bug Net given to you from the beginning of the game.

The Forest has 3 different types of fishes:
1. Barkfin ° ｡ 𓆝° ｡
2. Ironjaw Pike ·˙‧̍̊˚𓆛·˙‧̍̊
3. Moss Darter * ‧̍̊ ˚𓆛˙‧̍̊

Bait needed: Earthworm
The Bait can be found simply on the ground.
Use the Bug Net given to you from the beginning of the game.

The Mountain has 3 different types of fishes:
1. Ice Eel ° ｡ 𓆝° ｡
2. Granite Gouper ·˙‧̍̊˚𓆛·˙‧̍̊

Bait needed: Dragonfly
The Bait can be found between the bushes and trees. (They fly)
Use the Bug Net given to you from the beginning of the game.

The Jungle has 3 different types of fishes:
1. Bladefin ° ｡ 𓆝° ｡

3. Tornadofish
