So Kakkoi Elbertson is like the coolest damn mafia boss to ever exist ay (It's in her name after all)! She's the main antagonist of the game who by the end of yer story, she becomes buds wit ya. Throughout the story she threatens to kill ya and stuff, nothing crazy. She also hits the Citizens of Gensokyo with the harshest insults you'd think they'd be charcoal with how roasted they are after her kind words. She also has a great sense of humour by mentioning Skibidi Toilet and referencing her favourite mafia media like the sopranos and scarface.

Kakkoi's main outfit has her wearing a blue suit, white button up shirt, black vest, light blue tie, and a light brown overcoat. she carries accessories such as a rose on her chest, 3 jewels (2 on her overcoat, 1 on her hat), a wide brimmed hat, black pointy sunglasses, a belt, a cigar, and a beretta m9 (super cool). She has smooth skin for her age(being in her 30s, she uses skincare routines), purple eyes, and long brown hair. she's also 6'2", has muscles and an arm tattoo (I would show images of her muscles and tattoo but that would be leaking what the next update would be so i'll update this guide when the update drops). Kakkoi speaks with a New York Italian accent, was raised in a rough household due to her father being a severe gambler, leading to his death. This caused Kakkoi to learn how to raise herself on the streets by threatening other mobsters and climbing the big leagues before travelling to gensokyo. she's heavily inspired by mafia films as mentioned before, she's cocky and confident, while also being charming and smart. she's also quite strong so if you think you can take her on with a test or physically in a fist fight, she'll most likely kiss yer ass. Once you get to know Kakkoi well enough, you'll realise she's very passionate about her friends, especially her muscle and best pal Okuu. Kakkoi cherishes Okuu with how loyal and fun she is. She may be a bit stupid, but she'll always get whatever dirty work needs done.
