First of all, you need to actually find the maze, you can find it in a Toronto City (obviously), and you can find a Toronto City in Toronto Vines, or Tertiary and Quaternary Blue Flowers. You enter the maze by shrinking and going into any of the 4 holes at the bottom of the town, and go up until you find an entrance that looks like this (see below):

In every Toronto Maze, there is one room that is called "The map room," inside you can find a miniature version of the maze you are currently in. It is highly recommended you enlarge to get here, since you can shrink back down in this room. Below is a picture of the map room:

Although it may seem like there is nothing you can do in the map room, it is actually possible to find a shrink ring. And it is located in the room shown to the right. Below the white box in the middle of the yellow platform, there is a shrink ring which you can use.
You need to locate the map room inside the map room, because you will be heading there.
I highly suggest you create a trail of markers that leads from the mini map room to the room with the shrink ring so you don't get lost.

Once you arrive at the mini map room, you can head to the white ? block and obtain many upgrades and the secret trophy: "Toronto Maze Secret."

But we can still go further.

To get the other secret trophy, you have to repeat step 3. Which means creating a trail of markers from the mini-mini map room to the shrink room, shrinking down and going to the mini-mini map room. And at the ? block you will find another batch of upgrades and this text box:


You will also find the secret trophy fittingly named: "Toronto Maze: Time to Stop."

"But what happens if you go into the mini-mini-mini map room?" I hear you say, and well what happens is...


You get the exact same rewards and the exact same secret trophy, there is pretty much nothing new.
Same for the mini-mini-mini-mini map map room too.

For a while, I thought this was the end, but no, you just have to go down really deep. If you go deeper 2 more times, you can get the "Toronto Maze: Deep Secret" secret trophy. I sincerely hope there's nothing left, because searching for these achievements was a nightmare for me.
