First of all, you need to actually get the violets, first of all, you have to enter into a Fanatic Spire. It can be found in the Fanatic Lattice, (the black grid place, not the blue plants, don't make the same mistake I did), and you have to find and go inside a Creeping Jeni Plant. From there you have to find a violet.
You can find violets on top of the dark green blocks in the Creeping Jeni Plant. They also always come in pairs, but it doesn't matter which one you enter.

After entering the violet, progress through it as you would normally, until you get to shell 2. Where you should start looking for a map block. One is shown below.

Now some of the more observant of you noticed in the image above, there is a 2x plug on one of the walls. If you've read my previous guide, you can probably tell where this is going.
That's right, you're going to shrink into it. But a good tip is when shrink one level down (not two), you should EMP so the Dragoons won't attack you.
You can find the 2 secret trophies at first: the big question block, and second: the YOU ARE HERE block. Be sure to remember the position of the YOU ARE HERE block before you shrink down.

To get the last secret trophy, all you need to do is to shrink down into the map.
