hello! i decided to create a hellblade 2 achievement guide as seeing there are lots of guides that are just showing youtube videos, not explaining much, or just in a different language. me being a visual learner, i wanted to make some gifs to help! so let's get started. english is not my first language so please bare with me!

the GIFs are very low quality and sped up due to the steam size limitations. Please click on them to zoom in!

hellblade 2 doesn't have much achievements, it's not really a huge game and that reflects it. you'll most likely have around 15~ hours of playtime after completing the game.

[IMPORTANT]
to know which lorestones and faces you're missing, please use these pictures as a guide and look for the number of lorestone/face you're missing in this guide! (click to zoom!)

This may be obvious, but please collect the trees after finding the hidden face!

you'll earn this achievement about 20 minutes into the game. you will fight a few easy enemies and then fight the Slavemaster. you have to block and parry his attacks, then hit him with light or heavy swings.

Chapter 1 | Landfall
Lorestone 1/18

You get this like 5 minutes into the game.

towards the end of chapter 2, you'll have to fight off the draugar invested village to save a stranger. later in fighting, you'll unlock the achievement!

Lorestone 2/18 ╮

Right at the beginning of the chapter, head to the right between 2 huts and you'll find it!

Lorestone 3/18 ╮

Go through this house and exit from behind the ladder, take a left turn immediately, and follow along the fences, crounch under the log and find the lorestone right in the corner.

Face 1/17 ╮

Backtrack from the previous lorestone, reach the main road from the exit and look for a flame, on the right side you can find the face to the first tree.

Lorestone 4/18 ╮

After some time in the chapter, during the mandatory path of the quest, as you drop off a little ledge, keep walking and turn left and you will see stairs, climb them and go right.

after the ceremony, instead of walking forward with Fargrímr, take a left and use your focus on the face ahead of you.

a little time after, continuing your chat with Fargrímr, take another left instead of the obvious main path. A good tip is to find the long stick and go to the left of it.

Lots of these collectibles are back to back!



Chapter 3 | Red Hills
Face 3/17 ╮

Right at the start of the chapter, stick to the left side as much as you can, to the left of the destroyed building and right behind it.

This one's super easy! as you exit the secret path, look at the far left and you should see the lorestone pole.

Go back to where you start at the beginning of the chapter, instead of going left we're gonna go to the right and keep a eye on the left side for a face at the end of the path.

After the conversation with Fargrímr, turn around and run back to where you came from, go all the way around and climb back up on the hill.

From the previous collectible, you'll come down a ladder to end up on this lower path, take a curved left near the lake and walk down the path, keep an eye on the left for a secret little path to the face.

After you finish the puzzle with the orbs and the pedestals, walk to the unlocked main path and keep an eye on the right 5-10 seconds into walking the path.

Keep walking on the main path from the previous collectible, continue up the hill and you'll find a small ledge you can climb up to on the left side, climb up on it and look to your left immediately to find a tight squeeze you can fit in, head right immediately to find the lorestone.

After the 2nd puzzle with the orbs and the pedestals, continue on the main path you unlocked. hop down the 2 ledges into a new area, keep walking forward and you should notice 2 more ledges on the right side, hop on them ledges and walk and you should notice the face.

From the previous collectible, you want to turn around and hop off the ledges to return to the main path and continue up the hill. Keep an eye on the left side to notice a secret path into a small squeeze. Continue on the secret path and it'll be infront of you!

From the previous collectible, hop off the ledges and head back to the main path and walk up the hill but not too far, keep an eye on the right side and you should notice a small dark cave you can squeeze in. Go in and you can find the lorestone!




Chapter 3 | Find the Hiddenfolk
Lorestone 11/18 ╮

The final lorestone in chapter 3. After you place 2 of the orbs in the pedestals in the underground puzzle, interact with the [1] watery ball closest to the orb pedestals so the platform on the left is upside down. Climb to the highest ledge to a fight against some cannibals. After you're done, you wanna flip the spikes using watery ball [3] to be on the roof to clear the path to the lorestone. Head to the [2] watery ball and interract with it so you can place down a piece of the missing path to the lorestone. After you cleared the path, head to it and you should find and be able to focus on the lorestone on the roof.

Unlocked at the start of chapter 4 when you descend into the cave!

Right at the beginning of the chapter, you'll be in a dark cave. Continue on the path. When you drop off the ledge, you'll enter a slightly bigger area. keep an eye on the left side for a face and you shall find it.

As you're going deeper into the cave, take a peek at the left and you should see the lorestone from a "window". As you're deeper in the cave, you should hop off a ledge. Immediately look to the right, and walk in that path. Hop on the ledge and the lorestone will be there.

When you reach the "locked" door with the rainbow filter on, head to the blue flame to turn it off. But don't hop off the ledge! instead, look behind you to find the face you can now see after taking out the blue flame.

30 seconds after the previous collectible, continue on the main path. you'll eventually have to drop in a deep hole with a small cinematic. When you land, immediately look behind you and you should see the face.

After you solve the puzzle to create a small bridge on the way to a small tunnel. Continue in that tunnel and take a quick look on the right side as the tunnel opens up. You should notice the lorestone standing there. If you look down, there's a hidden bridge you can fall onto.

Face 11/17 ╮

About 30 minutes later into the chapter. Keep walking into the cave and you should notice some floating rocks, take an immediate look at the left and you should find the face.

Loretone 14/18 ╮

Sometime later in the chapter, you're gonna hop off a ledge. Keep walking in the main path, instead of taking a left, keep going forward and find the passage on the right side of the cave to find the path to the lorestone.

Unlocked after completing chapter 4 and defeating/freeing Illtauga the giantess. Unlocks after the cinematic cutscene!

Face 12/17 ╮

As you go down the hill on the main path, take a quick look at the right side and you should find the face next to a small waterfall.

Right from the previous collectible, head back to the main path. At the top of the hill take a right and you should find a little secret path. Keep walking and take another right to find the lorestone.

Face 13/17 ╮

As you walk behind Astridir, keep a space away from her and you. As she squeezes into some rocks, take a look at the right and you should see a face in the corner

Lorestone 16/18 ╮

A little after walking with Astridir, you'll have to come up a ledge. Instead of walking to the left with her, take a right and you should see the lorestone poking out in the distance. Head to the right to find a secret path to find a small tunnel you can enter on the way to the lorestone.

Face 14/17 ╮

After you complete the shape puzzle, walk through the unlocked gate and keep an eye on the right and you should notice the face very quickly.

Lorestone 17/18 ╮

This one's a bit complicated so bare with me. When you reach the 3 shape puzzle in a rainy area with destroyed ships, you want to hop on the ledge onto the left. Interact with the watery orb near the ocean to reveal the path to keep moving forward. You'll find the ᛘ shape for the puzzle in yellow wood pieces out in the horizon. Keep moving the path and drop off the ledge. You want to go through the missing bridge area with all blue mist around it to squeeze into some rocks. Keep moving forward, you'll enter a bigger area. you wanna look to the right side path of it to find the lorestone.

From the previous collectible, it's directly behind you from when you exit the lorestone area.

After the previous shape puzzle, and some cutscenes. You'll end up in a rainy village place with flames guiding you. As you go down the path, about halfway in you'll see a pole/stick with bells tied on it. Head to the right of it and you should see a flame with a face next to it.

Lorestone 18/18 ╮

From the previous collectible, head back to the main path. Instead of walking towards the flame next to the house (the main path) head to the left. You'll find a curvy path up to the final lorestone of the game.

Important: Don't walk too far into the main path as you'll be forced into a cutscene to the next stage of the game.

Face 17/17 ╮

From the previous collectible, head to the right and walk on the path to the flame, and right behind the house you should see the final face.

This achievement is for completing the chapter 5 and unlocks after the continuous cutscene that starts chapter 6 and you gain control of Senua again.



This achievement is unlocked after completing the foggy forest labryinth in chapter 6!



This is unlocked right after the last boss fight with the king.

Unlocked by pressing Z on keyboard or UP on DPAD 🎮 to open up Photo Mode.
Use photo mode to get a better view on the scenery!




After you complete the game, you'll get a notification telling you Senua's companions are now unlocked as narrators. This achievement can be unlocked.

Go to settings > Audio > Narrator > Change the Narrator. After that, start any chapter and achievement unlocked!

This will replace the original narrator with Senua's companions, it just gives you a lot more insight and lore about the other allies as well as Senua. You could also unlock Druth as a narrator by finding every lorestone by following "collectibles" in this guide from beginning to end.
